Austin Air HealthMate Plus HM450 replacement filter contains True HEPA filter and Carbon canister filter filled with Superblend specially enhanced adsorbent.
The True HEPA filter and Carbon canister filter are combined together in one filter assembly and fit Austin Air HealthMate Plus HM450 air purifier.

Austin Air HealthMate Plus filter assembly comes with a single pre-filter of matching color, such as:

• Black for units in Black and Blue colors
• White for units in White and Sandstone colors

Select the color of pre-filter from the "Color" pull down menu under "Select Product Options".
True HEPA filter traps 99.97% of all microscopic airborne contaminants down to 0.3 micron in size.
Activated carbon canister contains 15 lbs. of specialty Superblend adsorbent for effective removal of VOCs, ammonia, formaldehyde and many other specific chemicals.
Pre-filter traps large dust and dirt particles, such as, lint, hair, etc. and protects the filter assembly from fast contamination.
The Filter's Lifetime: 2 to 5 years (under normal residential conditions).
The filter assembly has to be replaced when either the True HEPA filter or Carbon canister filter reaches the end of its lifetime.
The filter assembly is covered by the 5-Year Pro-rated manufacturer's warranty (applicable to units used under normal residential conditions only).
